1. Booking and Payments

1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Zoom Tours & Travels.
1.2 A deposit of 30% is required to secure bookings, with full payment due 30 days before departure.
1.3 We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile banking (bKash/Nagad).

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellations made 45+ days prior: Full refund (minus 5% processing fee)
2.2 30-44 days prior: 50% refund
2.3 Less than 30 days: No refund
2.4 No-shows will not be refunded.

3. Travel Documents

3.1 Clients are responsible for valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas, and health requirements.
3.2 We provide visa assistance but cannot guarantee approval.

4. Changes to Bookings

4.1 Changes requested within 30 days may incur fees (up to 15% of package cost).
4.2 Flight changes are subject to airline policies and fees.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1 Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
5.2 We are not liable for uninsured losses.

6. Liability

6.1 We act as intermediaries between clients and service providers.
6.2 We are not liable for:

  • Acts of God (natural disasters, weather)
  • Political unrest or force majeure events
  • Personal injury or loss of belongings

7. Health and Safety

7.1 Clients must declare pre-existing medical conditions.
7.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit for travel.

8. Pricing

8.1 All prices are in USD/Bangladeshi Taka and subject to change due to:

  • Fuel surcharges
  • Exchange rate fluctuations
  • Government tax changes

9. Complaints

9.1 Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of trip completion.
9.2 We will investigate and respond within 15 business days.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms are governed by Bangladeshi law.
10.2 Any disputes will be settled in Dhaka courts.
